charette meetings with various groups within the Trophy Club

27, 2012 - UPDATE
Early Friday morning, January 27, 2012, Town Council voted
5-1 to pass a revised PD-30 rezoning document. We will keep
you posted regarding meetings and other PD-30 updates. Thank
you for input during this process and it is our hope that
we can all work together in a positive direction to make this
development the best it can be for Trophy Club now and in

There
is a Town Council Workshop Session scheduled for Monday, January
16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Svore Municipal Building Boardroom.
Council will be reviewing and discussing the PD-30 rezoning
document but no action will be taken. This is a public meeting
but no citizen comment will be heard.
The
Monday, January 23, 2012 Town Council meeting will not include
a PD-30 item on the agenda.
Tuesday, January 24, 2012 we will hold a Town Hall meeting
regarding PD-30 at Lake Cities Church of Christ at 7:00 p.m.,
located at 280 Indian Creek Drive.
Thursday, January 26, 2012 there will be a Special-Called
Town Council meeting at the Byron Nelson High School Student
Union (Cafeteria). Council will continue the Public Hearing
from the January 9 Council meeting and take appropriate action
on PD-30.

We would also like to invite you to Monday's Town Council
Workshop and Regular Session meeting (January 9) to hear details
about the proposed project from the developer. The workshop
begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Svore Municipal Building Boardroom.
December
16, 2011 - UPDATE
The Planning & Zoning Commission met on Thursday, December
15, 2011 to discuss the Planned Development-30 (PD-30/Beck
Property) rezoning document and conduct a public hearing.
Ultimately, the Commission voted unanimously to deny the PD-30
recommendation to the Town Council. A video of the meeting
has been posted online and can be viewed here.

Overview
Planned Development 30 (PD-30) is a proposed zoning document
guiding the development of 26 acres located at Trophy Club
Drive and Highway 114. The proposed development would include
commercial opportunities such as retail, restaurant, entertainment,
and office as well as residential. The Town Council and Planning
& Zoning Commission will hold work sessions to discuss PD-30.
We encourage our residents to attend the meetings and provide
input. Below are presentations and documents related to the
zoning. This webpage and related documents will be updated
periodically to continue to provide the most up to date information.
