Town of Trophy Club is accepting applications for the following
seasonal opening:
Summer
Camp Director
Job Summary: Responsible for training and supervision
of Summer Adventure Camp staff, planning and development of
recreational activities and oversight of daily activities
with camp participants. Provides a safe and nurturing environment
for staff and campers. Has direct responsibility for the day
camp participants while they are in camp. This position will
report directly to the Recreation Supervisor.
Schedule
will include up to 40 hours per week that will vary within
a 12 hour window, Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.,
and occasional Saturday meetings. Position is seasonal and
runs through August 10, 2012.

- Minimum
Qualifications/Knowledge of:
-
- 4
years experience working with children in a camp or
classroom environment, with 2 years experience in a
supervisory capacity
- Prior
camp staff experience
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 21
years of age
- 2
years college/university coursework in related field
completed, college graduate preferred
- CPR
and First Aid Certification preferred
- Valid
Texas Motor Vehicle Class C Operator’s License with
good driving record
- $12.00
- $14.00 per hour DOQ

Assistant
Pool Manager
Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Aquatic/Outdoor
Supervisor, the Assistant Pool Manager will assist with daily
operations of the pool and supervision of the lifeguards.
Perform a variety of daily maintenance duties which includes,
but is not limited to; vacuuming, backwashing, maintenance
and repair of equipment and management of hazardous chemicals
for balancing of pool water.

Head
Lifeguard
Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Aquatic/Outdoor
