The Town of Trophy Club includes both beautiful residential developments as well as State Highway 114 frontage available for commercial development. The existing commercial development includes retail centers, commercial office buildings and a 62,000 square foot medical office building, adjacent to a 58,000 square foot, state-of-the-art surgical hospital.

Trophy Club and the surrounding area are growing rapidly. Some developments currently underway in the immediate area include:

• Fidelity Investments is expanding their facility across SH 114 to accommodate an additional 1,500 employees.
• The Marriott Solana is expanding and remodeling their hotel to add 97 additional rooms for a total of 295 rooms.
• Maguire Partners is adding a five-story, 140,600 sq. ft. office building in the Solana Business Park across SH 114 to accommodate the area's rapid growth.
• Centurion American is underway on a residential development that will add 1,774 homesites, bringing Trophy Club's population to just over 13,000 in the next eight years.

Trophy Club's current population of just fewer than 8,000 and is not indicative of the growth and activity in the area. Surrounded by commercial development in both Westlake and the Alliance Corridor, Trophy Club has a daytime population of 24,500 within a 10-minute drive. The growing daytime population and average daily traffic counts of over 71,000 on SH 114 make Trophy Club an extremely attractive place to locate or expand a business. Nearby corporate offices served by Trophy Club include:
